We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, contact us as soon as you can.
When a return is possible

Damaged in transit
If the item arrives damaged, send us photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong item
If you receive the wrong product, we will collect it and send the correct one where stock allows.

Unused and original packaging
Other returns are generally accepted when the product is unused and in its original packaging.
How refunds work
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return
- We inspect the returned product before approving a refund
- Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error
